The VIN field for OEM-associated vehicles under the Admin >> Vehicles page is now locked to prevent unintended changes that could disrupt tracking. Non-OEM vehicles are not affected, and their VINs remain editable.


The VIN field for OEM-associated vehicles is now locked to prevent unintended modifications or deletions that could disrupt tracking via OEM. This ensures uninterrupted data flow and seamless tracking. 


Note: Non-OEM vehicles (e.g., data logger vehicles) are not affected, and their VINs remain editable. 

 

Navigation:

  1. Go to Admin >> Vehicles 
  2. Search for the OEM vehicle. 
  3. Edit the OEM vehicle. 
  4. Attempt to edit the VIN field. The VIN field will be disabled. 

This update ensures tracking continuity and safeguards against unintended or unauthorized changes.
