The VIN field for OEM-associated vehicles under the Admin >> Vehicles page is now locked to prevent unintended changes that could disrupt tracking. Non-OEM vehicles are not affected, and their VINs remain editable.
The VIN field for OEM-associated vehicles is now locked to prevent unintended modifications or deletions that could disrupt tracking via OEM. This ensures uninterrupted data flow and seamless tracking.
Note: Non-OEM vehicles (e.g., data logger vehicles) are not affected, and their VINs remain editable. |
Navigation:
- Go to Admin >> Vehicles
- Search for the OEM vehicle.
- Edit the OEM vehicle.
- Attempt to edit the VIN field. The VIN field will be disabled.
This update ensures tracking continuity and safeguards against unintended or unauthorized changes.
