1. Login to the Azuga web application.


2. Navigate to the Scheduled page, under the Reports tab.


3. Select Alerts Report from the drop down list and click on the Schedule button.




4. Fill out the form with appropriate details.

a. Enter a name for the report in the Report Name text box. 

b. Select the type of alert as Seat Belt

c. Select groups/vehicles that are to be included in this report. 

d. Select the names of users/drivers to whom you wish to send this report.  

e. Enter CC addresses if any. 


f. Set the timestamp for running this report

g. Under Report Expiration
  • Select On, if you wish to stop receiving this report after a specific period (mention the timestamp using the date picker). 
  • Select Never, if you do not want this report to expire. 

h. Select the format in which you wish to receive the report (PDF or XLS).  The report will be sent to you in this selected format via email. 

5. Click on the Schedule Report button.
