Can users get an alert when the vehicle has been in the geofence longer than it should be? Instead of getting an alert when a vehicle enters a geofence?

Yes, users can track and get alerts when a vehicle has been in the geofence longer than defined time  by enabling “vehicle is inside geofence for longer than” track option from Geofence add/edit window in Geofence page under Admin tab and disable “only when vehicle is moving”.
