You can request Roadside Assistance (RSA) service using any of the following methods:


  1. Through the AzugaFleetMobile application (recommended)

  2. By phone call


RSA request via the Azuga FleetMobile (AFM) app 


This is the recommended method for requesting Roadside Assistance service, as it easy and offers the following advantages: 


  • The mobile app has your vehicle details (such as VIN, Make, Model, etc.) pre-registered, thereby ensuring a quicker and hassle-free service request.

  • It can auto-detect your location.

  • You can live-track your service request (service provider ETA and contact no., request status, etc.) on the mobile app.



How to create an RSA request? 


To request RSA via the AFM app, follow these steps:


  1. Open the Azuga FleetMobile app. 

If you do not have the app, you can simply download it from the Play Store (for Android) or 

App Store (for iOS).





  1. Go to Utilities Roadside Assistance


                 


  1. Enter/select your address and click on Yes, I’m here to confirm your location.


          




  1. Check whether your cell phone number and the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) displayed for your vehicle are correct. You can also manually enter your cell phone number and VIN if required. Once verified, click on the Validate button.






  1. Double-check the vehicle data (e.g. VIN, vehicle make, model, and year) displayed are correct. Once verified, click the Confirm button.




6. Choose the service needed for your vehicle. The list of services are:

  • Tow 

  • Lockout

  • Fuel Delivery

  • Tire Change

  • Jump Start






7. Choose and provide the appropriate information about your service (such as the tow repair center, type of fuel, etc.)


Click Request Service after confirming your service request information.


      


8. You can now view the real-time status of your service request and the estimated arrival time. You can also cancel the service request if needed.


9. If you wish to cancel the service request,  tap on the Cancel Service button below the service provider’s details. 



    Note

The service request can be canceled only under the following conditions::

  • The ETA is greater than 15 minutes

  • The status of the request is ‘Searching Provider’‘Booked’‘Accepted’ or ‘In Route.






                     



RSA request by Telephone

In case you’re not able to use the AFM app or you’ve encountered an unforeseen issue, use this method to directly contact Allstate and request a roadside assistance service.

Once you are connected, please share the following details with the Allstate customer service representative:


  1. Your vehicle’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) 

  2. The exact location of your vehicle.

  3. Your contact details
