a. From the dashboard, tap Messages
b. Tap the Plus (+) icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen
c. Tap New Group
d. Select the contacts you wish to add to the group and tap Next. You can add a maximum of 25 contacts in a group
e. Enter a name for the group
f. Tap Create Group
Note: You will be unable to retrieve this group later if you do not start a conversation in the group as soon as the group gets created.
