To attach a file to an already existing service entry:


1. Login to the Azuga Web application.


2. Navigate to the Vehicles page, under the Admin tab. You will now see a table displaying the details of existing vehicles in your account.


3. Click the service entry icon   corresponding to the vehicle for which you wish to add a service entry. A new service entry window pops up.



4. Click Add Service Entry.



5. Fill out the service entry form with appropriate details.


6. Click the Choose Files button beside the field Attachment. 


7. Browse the file from your system.



8. Click Add Service Entry at the end of the form. Your service entry will now be recorded.
 

To attach a file while creating a new service entry:

1. Login to the Azuga Web application.  

2. Navigate to the Vehicles page, under the Admin tab.  

3. Click Add Vehicle.   


 

4. Fill out the form with appropriate details.
 


5. Click Save Vehicle. You will now get the following pop up.
 


6. Click Sure.


7. Select the Service Entry tab. This will now provide you with a service entry form. 


8. Fill out the form with appropriate details.


9. Click Choose Files, beside the field Attachment.   

10. Browse the file from your system.

11. Click Save. Your service entry will now be recorded.
