How to reset the dashcam 



To reset the dashcam follow the steps below.


Ensure the dashcam is fully charged.
To access the reset button, it is first necessary to remove the dashcam side cover with the supplied screwdriver. Under the side cover, you will find the reset button.

  1. Locate the reset button on the side of the dashcam. 

2. Long press the reset button for about five (5) seconds.
Caution Pressing the button too hard can damage the hardware. The reboot menu appears on the dashcam screen.




3. Press the Event Trigger button.

The dashcam restarts.

After the restart please follow the steps below.

1. Press the camera's touchscreen.

2. Enter the default PIN 3333 to unlock the camera.

3. Go to ‘Settings’


Select APN - Select APN that is available on the SIM


If no APN is available under 'Select APN' follow the below-mentioned steps to add APN using a QR code.


1. Tap on Add APN - At this point, the camera will begin beeping and you will see the view from the camera on the screen. Place the below QR code in front of the camera. Once captured, it will stop beeping and will ask to confirm APN. Tap on confirm. 

2. In the upper left, tap the back button, to get to the main menu. In the bottom right, you should be able to see that the camera now has network reception. 





3. If everything looks good now, you can slide the camera back into the windshield mounting bracket. You can tap on the live view button to see the feed from the forward-facing camera to make sure it is adjusted properly. Once done, tap on Settings again, scroll down and tap on Calibrate Sensors. It will spin for a moment, then it will return to the settings menu. Tap the back button and exit the menu.
