There are some asset tracker problems that you might commonly encounter, like the device is not sending regular updates or completely stopped communication, and the necessary steps you can take to address the issue.


  1. Please make sure the device has a clear line of sight to the sky in all directions so the GPS sensor can get data from all overhead satellite signals.
  2. You can also check if the wiring is firm and not loosely connected (The power input (Red wire) should be connected to a constant +12V or +24V power supply, and the ground line (Black wire) should be connected to the chassis ground.
