1. Log in to the Azuga Web application.

2. Navigate to Maintenance > Service Entries..

3. Click Add Service Entry.


4. Fill out the form with appropriate details.


    a) Select a Vehicle/Asset.

    b) Using the date picker, select a Service Date. Select the No. of Days the vehicle was serviced. 

    c) Enter the current Odometer reading. 

    d) Select a Category.

    e) Enter the Service Cost. You can either:

i. Input the total cost of the vehicle service by selecting the types of services performed and   

   entering the total cost for these services.



ii. (OR) Input the individual cost of each service type by selecting the services performed and entering the cost for each of these services.




     f) Enter the name of the Service Center.

     g)  Enter the Invoice Number.

     h) Enter your Comments if any.

     i) If you wish to add any Attachments, click Choose Files and select a file using the file chooser.

     j) Select the Reset Last Service Date check box if you want the application to update the service  dates for these service tasks for this vehicle, in the maintenance reminder alert.


5. Click Save to save the service entry.
