To reset the password, click on the Forgot Password? on the website login page.
Email will be sent out to your valid email address with the link to reset your password. Click on the link and it will be directed to the page prompting to enter the new password.
To successfully create a password, your password should meet all these criteria:
The password length should at least be 8 characters.
The password should contain at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z).
The password should contain at least 1 lowercase letter (a-z).
The password should contain at least 1 number (0-9).
The password should contain at least 1 special character.
