Prerequisite:
- The Request Video setting has to be enabled for your account to avail of this service. To enable the setting, you can reach out to customercare@azuga.com.
- Videos can be retrieved only when the vehicle is turned on.
Procedure:
1. Under the SafetyCam tab, click the button on the top right corner.
2. Enter the following details of the video you would like to request in the Which vehicle you want to monitor today? dialog box.
3. Click on the Proceed button.
Note:
1. We can retrieve videos for the requested duration only if the videos are available on the SD card.
2. Requesting videos via the cloud for a period of 1 year, i.e. Azuga Web Application is free of cost. Older videos might be available on-demand paid basis for a period of up to 5 years.
