Web browser notifications are messages/alerts about the important activities of your fleet that arrive on your browser.
There are two different types of browser notifications:
a. Pop-up: persistent, blocks activity
In case of a popup notification, the screen will freeze until the alert is acknowledged. The privilege to acknowledge a notification is access controlled through the user’s role. In the case of multiple popups, each will be visible, and you would need to acknowledge all one after the other.
b. Banner: temporary, does not block activity
A banner notification is temporary and visible for 5 seconds. In case of multiple notifications, they would appear one after the other.
You can view the history of notifications received in the past 7 days by clicking the notification icon on the navigation bar.
