A Maintenance Alert Report provides summarized information about all the Maintenance reminders and Deals that have triggered on each alert across your fleet.
The report contains information such as the alert name, vehicle/asset name, the total number of alerts triggered, and the total number of deals applied.
- Name of the vehicle/asset
- Name of the alert
- Driver paired with the vehicle/asset (This field will be available only if the preference ‘Driver Name Visible’ is enabled. To enable or disable this preference, go to Admin > Config > Web > Reports > Driver Name Visible)
- Total number of alerts triggered
- Total number of deals claimed
- Group of the vehicle/asset
- Region and Division (These additional columns will be available if you enable the ‘Show Additional Group Information’ preference.)
To generate a Maintenance Alert Report:
1. Log in to the Azuga Web application.
2. Navigate to the Alert page, under the Maintenance tab.
3. Using the date picker, select a date range.
4. Select the groups/vehicles/assets for which the report is to be generated.
5. Click Generate Report.
Click a vehicle/asset name to get a Maintenance Alert Detail Report, which gives information summarized per day of that vehicle/asset. It also gives you details about the service types and alert settings.
