How do I send a message?

1. Login to the Azuga Web application.

2. Click the Messaging icon. This will open the Conversations window.

3. Click the New Chat icon on the top-right corner of the Conversations window.

4. Tick the name of the contact to whom you wish to send a message.

Select multiple contacts if you wish to create a group chat. You can add a maximum of 25 contacts in a group.

5. Click Start Conversation. This will open a one-one chat window.

6. Type a message in the text box and click Send.
