I cannot find the Live tab on my account. Why is it so?

The Live tab will not be available if the role assigned to you does not contain the permission to access this feature. 


To find out the permissions associated with your role, navigate to the Roles page and check the capabilities provided for your role from the data table. (For further information, see article Where can I find details of the role assigned to me?) 


If you have the permission to access the Live tab and yet it is not available in your account, please contact customercare@azuga.com
