How do I generate a Stop Time report?

Modified on Fri, Feb 3, 2017 at 1:31 AM

The Stop Time report helps you determine how long your vehicle was stopped at a particular location. It provides information such as your vehicle halt timestamp, location, nearest landmark, and driver name. Stop time is calculated based on the ignition ON and OFF times.

To generate a Stop Time report:

1. Log in to the Azuga Web application.

2. Navigate to the Stop Time page, under the Reports tab.

3. Using the date picker, select a time frame. (Date range should be 31 days or less.)

4. Select the groups/vehicles you want to include in the report.

5. Set the stop time threshold. (The duration should be in minutes.)

6. Enter a duration in the Exclude stops longer than text box if you want to filter vehicles having stop time greater than the specified duration.

7. Click Generate Report

To export the stop time report to your system, click the PDF or Excel option (next to the search toolbar).

Note: Stop Time report can be scheduled to run at regular intervals. This will automatically generate the report and send it to you via email. For more information on scheduling a report, see section How to schedule a report?
