How to add a vehicle? 

a) Navigate to the Vehicles page, under the Admin tab.

b) Click the Add Vehicle button. 

c) Fill out the Add Vehicle form with appropriate details.

d) Click the Save button.

 


 


Uploading multiple vehicles 

a) Navigate to the Vehicles page under the Admin tab.

b) Click Download a sample spreadsheet (right side of the page). The sample spreadsheet will be downloaded to your system. 
 
 

 c) Open this file in a spreadsheet application.

d) 
Fill out the spreadsheet with appropriate details. 

 
e) Save the spreadsheet.
 

 
f) Click the Choose File button and select this spreadsheet using the file chooser.
 

 
g) Click Upload Spreadsheet.
 

 


Note: Make sure you have entered the correct vehicle information and OBD Device serial number. 

 


 


2. How to view the live map page?



a) Log in to the Azuga application. Live Maps is the default landing page once you log in. 




b) To get a full view of the map, click on the arrow icon on the slider bar. This will expand the map. You can also click on the Full-Screen button to expand the map.


c) To zoom in/out on a particular location/vehicle, click on the + icon (to zoom in) or  - (to zoom out) on the top-left corner of the map. To zoom in you can also double click on the location/vehicle on the map. You can also zoom out/zoom in by using the scroll wheel on your mouse.


d) To set the refresh interval, enter a duration (in minutes or seconds) in the Refresh Interval text box. 


e) To export the Live Map data to your system, click the PDF or Excel option (next to the search toolbar).  


 


3. How to find vehicles that send locations during a specified period?


a) Log in to the Azuga application.


b) Navigate to the Live Map page (by default this is the landing page).


c) Click the Actions icon and select the Time Period tab.


d) Enter a period in days or hours. 




e) Click the Show button. 



4. How to find vehicles near a specified address?


a) Log in to the Azuga application.

b) Navigate to the Live page (by default this is the landing page).

c) Click the Actions icon and select the Address tab.

d) Enter an address in the Nearest Address text box.

e) Enter the Radius of search.

f) Enter a duration in the Exclude vehicles that haven't reported in the text box.



g) Click the Show button.



5. How to generate a Trips report?

 
a) Log in to the Azuga application.


b) Navigate to the Trips page under the Reports tab.

c) Using the date picker, select a time frame. 

d) Select the groups/vehicles to be included in the report.

e) Select a filter.

6. How to generate a Breadcrumb report?


a) Login to the Azuga application.


 

b) Navigate to the Breadcrumb page, under the Reports tab. 

 

c) Select a date using the date picker. (Date range is restricted to one day.)
 

 

d) Select a vehicle from the drop down.


e) Click Generate Report.





7. How to generate a fleet summary report?


a) Login to the Azuga application.

b) Navigate to the Summary page, under the Reports tab. 

c) Using the date picker, select a time frame. (Date range should be 31 days or less.)

d) Select the groups/vehicles to be included in the report list.


e) Select one or more vehicle tags from the Tags drop-down. This filter will be present only if the Tags package is enabled for your account.


f) Select/Deselect the Exclude overnight stop time check box. 



g) Click Generate Report.


  


8. How to create an alert?

a) Login to the Azuga application.

b) Navigate to the Alerts page, under the Admin tab.

c) Click Add Alert.

d) Fill out the form with appropriate details. 
 

 


e) Click Save Alert.
